There are two options for reserving an opportunity to purchase your homesite for the future. Funds
for reservations will be held in Escrow at Chicago Title Company, Everett WA. Reservation deposits will be transferred
to the purchase price.
For a thousand dollars ($1000) you can immediately reserve a homesite. This gives you a “first in line” opportunity to buy one of the twenty homesites. This agreement is non-binding and you can cancel this reservation at any time for a full refund. You are first in line on a specific lot or any one lot but this is only a “right of first refusal”. If someone wants to make a fully committed reservation on the lot you reserved, you will be given the first opportunity to make a full reservation on you chosen homesite or another remaining site. If you choose not upgrade your commitment, another offer for a fully committed reservation can “bump” you. If any homesites are unreserved, you can switch your reservation or you can request a full refund. A full refund is available at any time upon request.

For ten thousand dollars ($10,000) you can reserve your specific homesite and it will be available to you for purchase when the Final Plat is approved. You will have full access to your reserved site, the parks, the trails, and the lakefront during your reservation period. This is a non-refundable deposit but it can be transferred to another party when one is found. If another party wishes to enter into an agreement on your reserved homesite for a full commitment before the required closing dates; your deposits will be fully refunded. Construction Plans are approved but construction of the full infrastructure will not start until summer of 2011.
The Lakefront Cabana and beachfront patios will be refurbished by spring of 2011. The existing dock will be available and will be replaced summer of 2011 (Fishery Permit Schedule).
Trails are “roughed” in and homesites are parked out now. Fully Committed reservations can provide input to how they want their future homesite further parked out for summer of 2011.
Homesites are planned to be available for fall of 2011. This is somewhat dependant on the health of the banking and real
estate industry. Home buyers often have to sell an existing home as a condition of closing; this schedule is planned to
allow reservationists an opportunity to complete the transaction. If half the reservationists are ready to close before
then, the project will be taken to Final Plat on their schedule. If due to issues of economy, the Homesites are not available
by Fall (September 21) of 2012 fully committed reservation funds will be returned in full on request.
