Located on Flowing Lake, Snohomish, Washington, Lakeside at Wonderland is a unique and rare community that invigorates and inspires. As one of only four ski-boat lakes in Snohomish County, and the only community featuring both lakefront and a neighboring golf course, Lakeside is a setting created for Living and Recreating seldom found.
Lakeside at Wonderland strives to preserve and enhance the natural qualities of the land to ensure families will be able to enjoy their spot in paradise for generations to come. Lakeside is merged into 55 acres of mature evergreen forests with 321 feet of shoreline; a setting rarely found. Site-sensitive, Low Impact Development (LID) practices with 40 acres of open space and habitat preserve; minimization of paved surfaces; and low level LED outdoor lighting enable an unparalleled sense of privacy rarely found in other communities. In order to achieve the goal of long-term stewardship of the Lakeside at Wonderland community, Land Technologies has established several guiding principals for home construction and landscape design. The homesites at Lakeside are designed to be generous enough to accommodate auxiliary structures such as accessory homes and carriage houses for your guests or extended family. Older parents or grown children can maintain their privacy but “be home”. There can also be economic benefits to this “shared” environment.
The 20 homesites at Lakeside at Wonderland are sited in two separate enclaves of 10 homes. Each enclave has its own gated entrance offering security and privacy for residents. These automated gates will be landscaped in harmony with the natural setting.
Historical Wonderland Park created in 1949 by the Laz Brothers, has been renovated for the sole use of the residents of Lakeside at Wonderland. The park is one of our most distinctive community features for residents and their guests.
Here, residents can connect with other like minded homeowners, entertain guests or just relax and enjoy the scenery. Each homesite is only a short walk, golf-cart or bike-ride away via connected paths.
