Historical Wonderland Park created in 1949 by the Laz Brothers, has been renovated for the sole use of the residents of Lakeside at Wonderland. The park is one of our most distinctive community features for residents and their guests.

Community Pier and Dock not only provides members a place to "dock” their watercraft but it also provides for a protected swimming area and a fishing platform. The largest trout in the lake was caught from the historic pier.

The boathouse on the lake allows members to store canoes, kayaks, small row boats or other personal watercraft for quick and easy access to the lake. The Lakefront Cabana and attached patio are situated for spectacular lake views at sunset. The Cabana is furnished with full kitchen, bar, and bathroom. A fireplace allows for all season use. Entertain friends and family in style as the sun sets across the lake.
The Lake House provides for family and community use. The Lake House has full indoor cooking facilities and fireplace inside. It is surrounded by four patios with fir pits and barbecue facilities.

The 4th Fairway of the 18-hole Flowing Lake Golf Course runs along the northern property line of Lakeside at Wonderland adjacent to Homesites 17 to 20. The Flowing Lake Course is one of the most scenic golf courses in the region and has been rated in the top ten fun golf courses in the area. It features 4,265 yards of golf in a family-oriented environment. This scenic course is surrounded by tall firs and mountain views, tucked away in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. The course is open from February 15th through November 15th.

Lakeside at Wonderland is located in the Three Lakes Area of Snohomish on the shoreline of Flowing Lake. Flowing Lake is a clean fresh water lake providing a multitude of year-round recreational activities. Snohomish Parks and Recreation operates a park and campground on the Northern end of the lake. Anglers will want to know the Lake is stocked by the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife with Rainbow Trout. The largest Trout caught on the lake was off the Wonderland Park Dock.

Stevens Pass Ski Area is only 45 minutes away from Lakeside at Wonderland. It has great day and night skiing, cross-country skiing, and freestyle slopes. The pass also has instant access the Pacific Crest Trail for some of the most beautiful hiking in the tops of the mountains. Miles of mountain bike trails are also available to the backcountry biker.
Stevens Pass has some of the best night skiing certainly in the northwest and perhaps in the country.
